Through games, improvisation, role-play, and storytelling, young people will develop their performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Every Tuesday from 4-5pm during school term time, children engage in dynamic theatre activities, crafting stories and characters under the guidance of expert drama teacher Steve Woods. Participants explore improvisation, role-playing, and performance techniques, building skills through fun, interactive sessions. Each term, they create a short performance piece to share with others in the group, fostering a sense of achievement.
Whether your child is an experienced actor or just curious to try something new, Pure Drama Club is supportive, playful environment where everyone is welcome.
Theatre games enhance communication, empathy, and critical thinking, empowering children to express themselves boldly. The supportive setting encourages collaboration and boosts self-esteem, helping participants grow socially and emotionally. Led by a professional actor, Our person-centred drama nurtures talents that benefit children in school and beyond.
We offer a free session before young people decide whether they want to sign up for the remainder of the term, and before parents have to pay anything!
