We ask all students and staff to be:

Ready – “SHOW UP, SWITCH ON, GET READY TO RESPOND”

Ready means 

You are in the room, and focused on the task in hand.

You have the tools you need to do the job 

You respond to people and situations, in the moment

Open – “QUESTION, BELIEVE, WEAR YOUR HEART ON YOUR SLEEVE”

Open means

You are curious find out more than you know

You listen to suggestions and take feedback 

You connect with your feelings, and express them

Creative – “NEW CHOICES, BOLD DREAMS; MAKE IMAGINATION TEAMS”

Creative means

You use your imagination and bring your ideas to life

You take risks, make different choices and try new solutions 

You work as a team, and bounce off each others’ ideas

Kind – “GIVE, BE POSITIVE”

Kindness means

You give, freely, take turns and share

You find the positive in everything, even when things go wrong

You look after yourself, others and the environment

Sincere – “BE YOU, STAY TRUE, WORK HARD AND SEE IT THROUGH”

Sincere means

Be real, be yourself, and seek the truth 

Be true – let your words and actions match your inner values 

Be thorough – complete tasks with thought and effort
